The short version

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or trackers, and it has no forms. We only get your details if you email us or book a call.

If you email us

We keep your email and our replies so we can answer you and keep track of the conversation. We don’t add you to a mailing list.

If you book a call

Bookings are handled by Calendly. The details you enter there (your name, email and anything you add) are shared with us so we can prepare for the call. Calendly’s own privacy policy covers how it handles them.

If you’re a client

When we run reKase for your business, we handle your leads’ contact details, messages and calls on your behalf. We use them only to reply to your new leads, call and qualify them, and hand them over to you.

• We don’t sell lead data or use it for anything else.
• We only contact people who asked to be contacted. During setup we add clear consent wording to your forms, and we follow calling and texting rules.
• Calls are recorded and summarised. Callers are told at the start of the call that it may be recorded.
• The recording and summary go to you with the lead.
• Anyone can stop messages at any time by replying STOP or by asking us.
• We use service providers for texting, calling, email and calendars. They process data only to run the service for us.
• When we stop working together, we hand back or delete your lead data on request.
